Mango Cafe was our most visited restaurant during our weeks stay on the island. Well, honestly we stayed basically up the hill from it.  All of my wife's friends who came her said she had to try this place out.  My wife just loves this place.  We ate breakfast the first time.  I had hot cakes with bacon and substitute my eggs for breakfast potatoes($110 peso), my wife had the Stuffed Poblano Pepper ($154 peso).  The next day we came back at opening and got the same thing, then came back in the afternoon and both got the same thing.  We did this as we knew the food was good, close and safe ( as in didn't want to was money on food we didn't like).   My wife just couldn't get over how good her Stuffed pepper was.  The last time we went my wife got the Fish Tacos and I got my hot cakes.  She really enjoyed the Fish Tacos but liked the Stuffed Pepper more.Highly recommended place to try out.  They have a downstairs and up stairs open air eating.
