My wife and I first time eating at longhorn. We honestly didn’t know what to expect or know any who tried this place before. We ate a late dinner and was expecting a long wait, but to our surprise we were able to walk right in, because it was just two of us.My wife ordered fried onion rings for appetizer. I don’t like onions at all, but I tried one and was hooked. I think it’s more of the seasoning/breading they used that had me eating something that I didn’t even like. Also, the amount they give you is ridiculous(a good thing) Will order these again from hereNow after our appetizer, wasn’t really any room for dinner. Out dinner arrived maybe 15-20 minutes later, not badI ordered ribs with a double order of fries and my wife had chicken strips and a baked potato.I have eaten a lot of ribs from many places, and this was by far the largest I’ve ever had. As far as taste, it wasn’t my favorite, had better but it was still doable. I think it was more of the sauce they used.My said her chicken strips were wonderful and the baked potato had seasons she’s never tasted before in a baked potato.Price wasn’t to crazy. It was what we were expecting. We will be coming back.Update. 10-30-21 We returned and I got a burger and cheese and bacon fries, wife got the same thing as before. My burger was very good, don’t know if it was the best I had but it was better than the ribs by far in my opinion.
