My wife and i stayed here for our honeymoon in 2010.  We specifically book a room with a jacuzzi and paid for it, no problems at all on the website.  We arrived and had all kinds of issues as to we didn't book, we did book, we had our receipts to show that we booked the room.  We drove 3 hours to get here and it was our honeymoon, we weren't leaving without a fight.  Eventually, the clerk got the GM and that person smooth everything out.  We got our room and really did enjoy it.  Besides the room, the best thing we enjoyed was the breakfast buffet, it tasted very good. Good bacon, pancakes/ waffles ect….  We actually bought a waffle maker because we enjoyed this one some much We've been back three more times since that first, but with the rest of the family.  Never had a problem since the first incident.
